a very special and Happy Mothers Day! ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ We just learned a couple weeks ago mom is a diabetic. Boy was that a shock. She has been very courageous through this whole thing and has done exactly what she's supposed to and is slowly bringing this under control. This year is particularly important to me for one simple reason: I could never imagine my life without my mom. She has been understanding, loving, caring & supportive even when I wasn't exactly the best kid on the block. Through all my triumphs and tragedies, she's always been there ... not necessarily in agreement with ... but always there. So mom, on this special day, I wish you all the peace and happiness you deserve. I hope we continue to grow and I will always be here ... for you are the one who chose to give me the breath of life. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ For all the other moms out there who may be reading this: Please, whatever you do, take the time to get to know and understand your kids ... no matter what age they/you are. You have no idea the strength I gain from my mom on our bond alone. For the kids out there who may be reading this: Don't take your mothers (parents) for granted. Understand that they have already been through what you're starting now. And yes, they do know best (at least most of the time). Take a few extra minutes in a busy day ... call your mom and let her know just how much you love her and how much she means to you. In today's world especially ... we are made up of so many different lifestyles than what people are used to, therefore, not always bringing forth a compassionate tongue. So for those of you who are living an alternative lifestyle, please, please give your mom(s) an extra big hug and let her/them know you care. It's so very important. If the world is going to change .... let it begin with us!! ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Now that I've said that: I want to wish all of my fellow mom's out there one of the best Mother's Day they could ask for. May it enrich your lives with peace, love and happiness for many years to come. Well, here are some gifts for you to take home with you. Just Right Click - "save-as".
