Anthony Stewart Head was born and raised in England. He is most recognized in the United States before "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" as part of the Taster's Choice couple. He also starred in the short-lived drama, V.R.5. Most of his acting credits come from England, where he starred in a number of film and stage productions.
Anthony's character, Giles, appeared on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" as a permanent cast from the very beginning. He plays the "Watcher", who trains and guides the slayer.
