The Inter-Continental Hotel The Inter Continental Hotel was Yokohama's first skyscraper.  It was completed in 1993.  As you can see it has a very distinctive shape.  Some people say it looks like a shark fin while others say it looks like a sail.  You can decide for yourself what it is.  When my parents came over, they stayed in this hotel.  The leading edge of the building is actually windows that are part of the suites.
