  1. Bob Mazenauer reported the league finances were good.

 

Conclusions/Decisions

  1. Players without Ids need to be monitored by opposing team managers
    1. Shirey will email to team managers and Ana, names of players noted on the game cards as playing without an ID.
  2. A team manager who plays an unauthorized player is fined $25 – vote 8 to 0 passed
    1. An unauthorized player could be under age, playing without being registered a second time etc.
  3. The 2/16/02 and 3/30/02 games have been moved to the end of the season,
    1. Teams can arrange friendlies and confirm their time slot with Udo
    2. No referees will be scheduled unless teams request Udo to schedule referees for their game.
  4. Bob Mazenauer will assist Udo in determining when to cancel games due to rain.
  5. a player has only one appeal for the duration of his penalty or one year which ever comes first – 8 – 0 vote passed
  6. Yamando’s appeal to reduce his 1-year suspension was not approved – vote 5 - 3 denied.
  7. Luis Ludruna, Cal Gold player, struck his team manager. The trial board will determine his penalty.
  8. Referees are to be urged to give yellow cards to players complaining excessively.
  9. There will be a league tournament upon completion round three
    1. Blind draw seeding – vote 5 – 3 passed
    2. Single elimination for cup championship, but everyone keeps playing
    3. Winners will play after 9am preferably 11am or 1pm

 

Actions:

  1. Ard – to purchase 20 folding corner flags
    1. Each team gets two corner flags, which the 9am teams will put up.
      1. The 9am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm teams will get nets and flags from the succeeding teams, while the 5pm teams take the nets and flags on the field.
