Discussions/Reports
- Financial Report Mazenauer
- Each team owes a fee of $250 by 5/31/02
- The Sunday league owes SSL $500 for shared expenses, Bob to pursue.
- Horst Mattegit will prepare and distribute fliers for an awards dinner 7/13/02 at the
Phoenix Club in the Pavilion room. Cost will be $21/person, all you can eat; you pay extra
for drinks. Will start 7pm for cocktails and dinner at 8pm.
Conclusions/Decisions
- Teams not providing a representative to the league meetings will be fined $20, vote 6 to
1 approved.
- No proxies allowed
- The Trial Board will assess additional penalties for repeat red card offenders as
appropriate.
- The blind draw tournament will be May 4th, 11th, and 18th.
See Udo for details.
- The word "Game" in the By Laws means Published Scheduled Game which includes
friendlies. This was specifically clarified when referred to by Red Cards and team
changes.
- A Team Manager who wants to solicit a player from another team to join his team for a
tournament or league play is encouraged to notify the players Team Manager first.
- If a game is suspended after ½ time and the referee fees have been paid, then no
further financial issues are considered. If the game is suspended prior to ½ time and the
referee fees have not been paid, then the Team Managers will determine who pays the fees
and other penalties.
- Team Managers need to document poor referee performance, in games their team is NOT
playing, to Udo. Provide name of ref and deficiencies.
- Yamandu Lubanca applied for reinstatement and it was approved as follows:
- Registering as a player
- Posting a $200 cash bond
- Serving a 1-year probation, starting from 4/24/02, which if he completes without a
fighting incident gets his $200 back and becomes a regular player.
