4/29/03 Meeting Minutes
Senior Soccer League
Attendees: Laszlo Fekete (Orange CW), Italo Furlan (Milan), Rod Gallardy (Incas), Udo

Discussions/Reports
- Bob Mazenauer, Treasurer, Team dues for the next season (3 rounds and summer), will be
$700 per team. A $350 dues payment is due 6/1/03.
- 5/10/03 will be for make games (Phoenix vs Milan). Friendlies can be schedule thru Udo.
Current games scheduled are 9am Inca – Rovers; 11am Phoenix vs Milan; 1pm OCW –
International.
- A blind draw modified single elimination tournament will be held 5/17/03, 5/31/03,
6/7/03 and 6/14/03. See tournament rules and bracket pairings document.
- The summer schedule will commence after the tournament 6/21/03. See schedule.
- Roger Tomrolesi is forming an over 58 league and needs four team managers to start the
league. Contact Roger (email sslcoed8k@yahoo.com) if you or know someone who wishes to be
a team manager.
- Ard to provide Udo a driver’s license reader for Udo to check validity of
players’ ages.
Conclusions/Decisions
- Approved by vote of 5 to 2 – Put each teams’ roster, player names only, on the
web. This is to facilitate the monitoring and control of players to ensure a player only
plays on one team. Each team manager must send Roger their roster, in Excel format. Roger
will verify the players and send the approved list to Richard who will post it on the
League’s web site http://geocities.datacellar.net/satsoccer50/

Future Business
- Review game cancellation policy. Some managers have detected undesirable effects.
