CHRIST'S
MILLENNIAL KINGDOM
ON EARTH

This webpage is in response to those who ask me why I believe that Christ's Millennial Kingdom will be on Earth. I appreciate those of you who have asked in a kind and gentle spirit.

To those who, because my viewpoint differs from theirs, have asked me, 'don't you read your Bible?', I say this, yes I do read my Bible and I not only read it but I also study it and it says that Christ's Kingdom will be on Earth.

Christ's Millennial Kingdom will take place on Earth. There will not be two Kingdoms, one for the Tribes of Israel and a second one for the New Testament Christians. Christ the Messiah shall sit on His throne in Jerusalem, Israel and Rule and Reign over all the Earth as King of Kings.

VERSES THAT TELL OF CHRIST'S KINGDOM ON EARTH

I will let the verses speak for themselves, with only a few brief comments.

I will start with this verse in Revelation, then go back and list the Verses in order of the Books of the Bible.

Revelation 5:10 - "And hast made us unto our God a kingdom of priests, and we shall reign on the Earth."
Where shall Christ's saints, the kingdom of priests, reign? Here on Earth. Says it right here in Revelation.

Job 19:25 - "For I know that my Redeemer lives and that He shall stand at the latter day upon the Earth;"
Do we see the word Earth, here in this verse? Yes, we do. Job is one of the oldest books in the Bible. Way back then, Job had knowledge from God that Christ the Redeemer would stand on Earth in the latter day.

Isaiah 2:2 - "And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it"
Isaiah 2:3 - "And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; and He will teach us of His ways, and we will walk in His paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem."
Isaiah 2:4 - "And He shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more."
Read these verses carefully, it is obvious that these prophecies have not been fulfilled yet, as we still have wars and still have weapons of war. They are to take place in the 'last days'. Christ is not here yet, or in the Mountain of God or in the House of God, to 'teach us His ways'. The day will come when He shall be!! Imagine that, right here on Earth to teach us.

Isaiah 11:9 - "They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain: for the Earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea."
The day will come when there shall be no more bombing, shooting or killing in Israel. The Earth shall be filled with the knowledge of God. We are waiting for that day to come.

Isaiah 27:13 - "And it shall come to pass in that day, that the great trumpet shall be blown, and they shall come which were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the Lord in the holy mount at Jerusalem."
This great trumpet blowing may very well be the 7th Trumpet, the Trumpet of Christ's return. Christ will then be worshipped in His Holy Mountain, right there in Israel. They 'shall come' sounds like the Gathering of Matthew 14:31 and 2 Thessalonians 2:1.

Isaiah 60:21 - "Thy people also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of My planting, the work of My hands, that I may be glorified."
It is clear here, it says, God's people shall 'inherit the land' of Israel forever. That would certainly include the thousand year Kingdom. God's people include all His people, wouldn't you think?

Isaiah 65:16 - "That he who blesses himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that swears in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes."
Isaiah 65:17 - "For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind."
Isaiah 65:18 - "But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy."
Isaiah 65:19 - "And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in My people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying."
Isaiah 65:20 - "There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed."
Isaiah 65:21 - "And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them."
Isaiah 65:22 - "They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of My people, and Mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands."
Isaiah 65:23 - "They shall not labor in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the Lord, and their offspring with them"
Isaiah 65:24 - "And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear."
Isaiah 65:25 - "The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, saith the Lord."
Verse 16 mentions Earth. Look at verse 17, even a new Earth. God's Holy Mountain will be free of hurting and destroying. There will be joy and rejoicing, no weeping or crying. There will be building and planting of vineyards and gardens. Where is His Holy Mountain? Jerusalem!!

Ezekiel 20:40 - For in mine holy mountain, in the mountain of the height of Israel, saith the Lord God, there shall all the house of Israel, all of them in the land, serve Me: ... "
Here, again, read what it says. Look at the word, 'land'. What an honor and privilege it will be to 'serve' God.

Ezekiel 47:21 - "So shall ye divide this land unto you according to the tribes of Israel."
This is a very obvious mention of dividing the land of Israel among the Tribes of Israel. This is a future prophecy, not yet fulfilled.

Daniel 7:27 - "And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, Whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey Him."
Here it says the kingdom is 'under the whole heaven'. Earth? It shall be given to the saints of the most High.

Joel 3:16 - "The Lord also shall roar out of Zion, and utter His voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the Lord will be the hope of His people, and the strength of the children of Israel."
Joel 3:17 - "So shall ye know that I am the Lord your God dwelling in Zion, My holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through her any more."
Joel 3:18 - "And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall come forth of the house of the Lord, and shall water the valley of Shittim."
God shall live in Jerusalem, in His Holy Mountain, after roaring out of His heavenly Zion.

Amos 9:11 - "In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches of it; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old." (Also read Acts 15:14-17)
This has not taken place yet. The tabernacle of David would be on Earth. 'That day' indicates the time of the Millennium.

Amos 9:14 - "And I will bring again the captivity of My people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them."
Amos 9:15 - "And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the Lord thy God."
God's people will 'build the waste cities and inhabit them", right here on Earth.

Zephaniah 3:14 - "Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem."
Zephaniah 3:15 - "The Lord hath taken away thy judgments, He hath cast out thy enemy: the King of Israel, even the Lord, is in the midst of thee: thou shall not see evil any more."
Zephaniah 3:16 - "In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: and to Zion, Let not thy hands be slack."
Zephaniah 3:17 - "The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; He will save, He will rejoice over thee with joy; He will rest in His love, He will joy over thee with singing."
Verse 16,17, the Lord thy God will be in Jerusalem, He will rejoice, He will love and He will sing over His children. Imagine hearing Jesus Christ sing!!

Zechariah 6:12 - "And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaks the Lord of Hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and He shall grow up out of His place, and He shall build the temple of the Lord:"
Zechariah 6:13 - "Even He shall build the temple of the Lord; and He shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon His throne; and He shall be a Priest upon His throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both."
Christ shall build His temple and sit and rule upon His throne and be Priest. What a glorious activity for the world to witness as He builds. What a glorious privilege to be ruled over by the Great High Priest.

Zechariah 8:3 - "Thus saith the Lord; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the Lord of Hosts the holy mountain."
Zechariah 8:4 - "Thus saith the Lord of hosts; There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, and every man with his staff in his hand for very age." Zechariah 8:5 - "And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof."
It says the Lord shall return to Jerusalem and live there. Very clear!!

Zechariah 14:4 -"And His feet shall stand in that day upon the Mount of Olives ------"
In 'that day', it tells us that His feet shall stand on the Mount of Olives.

Zechariah 14:8 - "And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be." (Revelation 22:1-5 Ezekiel 47:1,12)
Zechariah 14:9 - "And the Lord shall be King over all the Earth; in that day shall there be One Lord, and His Name One." (Also read: Revelation 22:1-5 Ezekiel 47:1.12)
In 'that day' living water will flow. Where? Jerusalem! The leaf shall not fade.

Zechariah 14:16 - "And it shall come to pass that everyone that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of Hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles."
Zechariah 14:17 - "And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain."
Verse 17 mentions Earth. Where will people go to worship Christ, right here on Earth, in Jerusalem.

Matthew 5:5 - "Blessed are the meek; for they shall inherit the Earth."
Says here, there is an inheritance here on Earth, for the meek.

Revelation 20:7- 8 - "And when the thousand years were ended, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison and shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the Earth, God and Magog, to gather them together to battle ----"
Earth? Yes, it says Earth here! After the thousand year Millennial reign of Christ, Satan will be loosed for a short while, right here on Earth. He will try to overthrown Christ, but instead, he will be cast into the Lake of Fire. (Revelation 20:10)

NOTE: The following is quoted from Dr. Scofield.

The Kingdom of Heaven reveals the character of the rule of Heaven over Earth between the First and Second Coming of the Lord.

It is only referred to in Matthew.

It refers to the rule of the Heavens, the rule of the God of Heaven over the Earth. It will be fulfilled after the Second Coming of Christ. The Kingdom of Heaven will be realized in the future Millennial Kingdom. This Millennial form of the Kingdom of Heaven is wholly future and will be set up after the Return of the King in glory.
