"He was enumerated as a married, white male of age 29 who could read and write. He was listed as born in Arkansas and both of his parents were shown as born in Louisiana. His occupation was farmer. He owned his own farm free of mortgage. There was no entry for the number of the farm on the farm schedule.". Enumerated with him were an unknown person. He died on 12 June 1953 at Claiborne Parish, Louisiana, at age 63.

His occupation was listed as planter. His real estate was valued at $1300.. Enumerated with him were Mary Jackson, Henry Auld, Washington Auld and Caroline (?). He died on 29 August 1859 at Claiborne Parish, Louisiana, at age 71.

She was listed as married to her current husband, her first, for 10 years. Both she and her parents were shown as born in West Virginia. She and Wade H. Sheplar had six children. Of whom, five were living in 26 April 1910. She was enumerated with Wade H. Sheplar on the census of 28 February 1920 at Ritchie County, West Virginia, as "Lisa Sheplar". She was listed as a married, white female of age 40 who could both read and write. She and both of her parents were from West Virginia. Her relationship was listed as wife.

She died on 2 May 1860 at age 69.
