I have just been diagnosed with Lupus, so I have yet to come to terms with it all. I have mild Lupus now, with aches and pains, butterfly rach, sun sensitivity, nausea, headaches, sore eyes, arthritic pains, dry eyes and mouth, chronic fatigue, and a few other things. I am also asthmatic. I get depressed at having to cope, but I will survive, never fear :) I already have one chronic illness -- asthma -- so I guess another one will be a bit easier to deal with. I feel that I have had good medical care by well-educated doctors, and I do have the support of my family. I think the one thing I would like to express is that if everyone knew just how dreadfully tired and sore I am, maybe then they would leave me alone :)
