Thoroughly clean the inside of the paint bucket with soap and water, remove the outside label. Using Elmer's spray adhesive, decorate your can with fabric, lace, rick-rack, or any other trim your imagination comes up with. You may also choose to use candy wrappers or other decorative paper to cover your can! It's just that simple. Then fill with a plant, flowers, individually wrapped candy, crayons, buttons... uses are limitless. These are really cute planters! I have given these for gifts and were well received. Have fun!

To preserve and make use of those precious keep-sakes, here's an idea for your children's special tee-shirts. Such as, sports shirts, school shirts, dancing shirts, etc...
Simply sew together the bottom and sleeve holes of the shirt, stuff generously with pillow stuffing, then sew the neck opening together! Makes a cute throw pillow for their beds, or yours.
