Well, basically NOTHING happened. I saw my primary OB today. My blood pressure was 100/60. Baby's heartrate was 144. I think I gained 1 pound since last week, but I wasn't paying close attention. My cervix is basically the same...he said 1-2 cm, so I am leaning more towards the 2cm part, hehe! I have effaced a little bit more...75% effaced now, compared to 60% last week. Baby is still at a -3 station.

He basically told me that he will let me go into labor on my own, but he is going to watch me like a hawk for signs that the baby will have shoulder dystocia again if I give birth vaginally. He said that if she doesn't descend right after I go into labor, then he's not going to mess with things and he'll take me right in for a C Section. So at least I get my chance at a vaginal delivery!! I asked him if he could tell if the baby was face up or down, but he said he couldn't really paint an accurate picture by feeling her head through my cervix. Maybe because she's still at a -3...who knows!

A weird thing though is that I measured 34 cm today. Last week I measured 36 cm!! 2 cm seems like a pretty big difference, esp. since she's in the same spot and stuff...I would have thought that the decrease meant she had dropped, but no such luck! I wanted to cry when I found out I wasn't dilated any past 2. Oh well. I don't think I'll have this baby today...I just don't have any "gut feelings" or anything!
