Dos Ojos Upstream
We dove Dos Ojos last year and this year, we did not have to walk quite as far to the cenote. Our first dive was upstream Dos Ojos. The lines had been changed but we progressed through a few air domes, one without oxygen. (long story) LOL. We passed through several cenotes. The maximum depth was 24 feet and the water temperature was 76 degrees. As we returned through the western Dos Ojos cenote, the underwater electrical lights were turned on for the snorklers and it made an interesting view. However, watching the snorklers kicking and slamming into the formations was a downside to the dive.
