I am looking for information on Nelson GRAY. I found him in Henry County in the 1840, 1850, and 1860 Census. He was born about 1807 in Georgia. He married Rhoda DARLING and had four children, Columbus, John, Rhoda, and Frances. Francis is my gggrandmother. Her full name was Maria Francis Gray. I have been told that Rhoda DARLING was the sister of Ephraim DARLING.

Joseph Barr, b 9/29/1787 S. C., shows up on deeds in Henry Co. after 1820. He is on the 1820 Franklin Co., Ga. census and the DeKalb 1840 census. Joseph Barr was married to Elizabeth Houston 11/1/1808. A James A. Barr also shows up on some Henry Co. deeds. Was he a son of Joseph? Thanks
