Medieval doesn't have your normal hero. You control a long dead knight who has been given honours he didn't deserve.  You need need to beat the bad-guy to gain acceptance into Valhalla, and put your soul to rest.  The action is well maintained, if a trifle easy.

The sound and visuals merge nicely, and it does have a very dark medieval feel.

A solid platformer, but sometimes a tad sedate.  The humour actually appealed (people often try to hard in games), and you could empathise with Sir Daniel Forthesque, which is odd since he is a re-animated skeleton.
