Spyro the Dragon - a cute little dragon, who must save all the other dragons who have been frozen. Bounding over the multiple levels does appeal, and the action is well thought out. A little easy at times, however finding every piece of treasure feels rewarding rather than frustrating (a common fault in platformers).
The sound effects are relatively simple, and the graphics have a cartoon like quality about them, not a bad thing, just different. The flying levels are the hardest to complete, but the Treasure room is good fun.
Well worth playing. Enough said.

During play, pause and go to the Inventory screen. Now press Square, Square, Circle,

During play, pause and go to the Inventory screen. Now press Square, Square, Square,
Square, Square, Square, Circle, Up, Circle, Left, Circle, Right, Circle. If entered
correctly, your lives should begin increasing to 99.
Secret Levels:
| "Sunny Flight" - In the Artisan World, jump on each of the stones in front of the waterfall. |
| "Gnasty's Loot" - Collect every gem to beat the game with 100%. Then go to Gnasty's world and walk up to the green dragon's head. It will open to reveal the secret level. |
