Result :                  5 -  Does the job, but others do it better.

Graphics:           5 - Plain.
FMV :             N/A - That is, I don't remember any.
Sound :              6 - Broom, Broom.
Music :               5 - See FMV entry.
A.I. :                 2 - Crappy, stupid, frustrating.
Lifespan :          7 - Lots of tracks, hidden cars.
Gameplay :        6 - Good, apart from the other cars....
Adrenaline :       7 - Can you stay on the tracks AND avoid the other drivers?!

TOCA - Touring Cars, is your bog standard saloon racing sim.  It looks quite bleak, with big empty verges beside the tracks, this may be what the tracks do look like, but realism dosent always make a good game.  The cars are a little boxy, and the AI is terrible.  The opponents always drive perfectly, and if you hit them you always come off worse.  You can use this to your advantage by using them walls stop, or corner more easily.

While the graphics and sound are acceptable for realistic experience, with vastly superior games out (Gran Turismo, V-Rally 2), they just look old and a little sad.

An often frustrating, but generally ok game, I would only play this if you get it cheap, and you want to try something different from your usual batch of racing games.
