Day 1 - Toronto, Ontario, Canada

8:30 AM - Dad and I have been up and ready since 6:30 AM. Now we have 3 1/2 hours to wait until Lucille arrives to take us to the airport. Sitting here, looking at one another, giggling...get used to it. We're going to be looking at each other a lot. This is so cool!After trying to follow Bob's map, we made our way to the "Empress Lounge". Bob had upgraded our tickets to Business Class and given Dad his Gold Card. We each had 2 Caesars, and scooped pretzels, nuts & cheese into our bags for later.
Boarding the plane, the stewardess directed me through the galley. I had no IDEA where she wanted me to go...seemed like she was shuffling me through to the bathroom, or out the other side of the plane. Turned out there was a whole other aisle on the other side. Felt like a real country bumpkin!
We had a pre-flight O.J. and looked at a dinner menu. Then a vodka/tonic, red wine with dinner (Salmon Wellington, no less!), port with cheese, and a de-caf and Baileys with dessert. Coulda rolled me off the plane!
Georgia was there waiting for us at baggage pick-up. She looks GREAT!! She kept saying stuff like "I just can't BELIEVE you guys are in MY car! It was so neat!
I met Robyn. She is so cool! Their house is wonderful. They pulled out a bunch of brochures of Toronto attractions, we drank more red wine, and then to bed.
