A Trip to Town with Tsukiko

More pictures from our trip to town.

Shown here is one of the work tables for preparing the oragami papers (we just missed seeing the batch before it was hung to dry.) In the background are some of the brushes used.

This wall shows many of the oragami figures which can be made from the paper.

Here is a close-up of some of them. Free oragami lessons are offered at the store.

Yoshiko is looking through the papers for some to take home. There were many to choose from.

She finally selected 8 sheets and 5 rice board hangers. Total price about $80. She will use them in her art.

After the oragami shop we looked for a place for dinner. Here is the one we chose.
