Mum and I went in today to pay the club for the reception.
Had a few problems before going in. I'd printed up the place cards....found out I put one wrong name on, and had to reprint it. Received a letter yesterday saying Fiona and Matthew could no longer make it. So I had to rearrange seating plans.
Finally got the place cards and bonbonierre packed in table bags and in a box, and the seating organised.
We were just under 80 adults, but Tammy (who wears an incredible amount of make-up) let us have the 80 minimum price for 79 people, plus the kids. At least it was still within what mum and dad had budgeted for! I'm going to take our guest book and signature bears and wish tree in later on.
Asked about the cake, and they will put it in cake bags for us, so I've got to go get those as well. Still haven't found a dilly bag either.

2 WEEKS TO GO!!!!   We went to the markets this morning and got my dilly bag, and 100 cake bags (they only came in packs of 50) and got a fuschia for our wish tree. Ray helped choose that...he thought it looked nicer than the roses and had a nicer pot.
His friends came and got him for his buck's outing at 11am. Got a message from him later that he wouldn't be home for dinner as he had said, that he was scared (they hadn't told him where he was going) and if I wanted I could go home.
I've been miserable all afternoon, bursting into tears, worried sick about him, especially as he never wanted a buck's night to begin with, and only changed his mind when Trent organised something.

Ray came up this morning. He wasn't impressed with his night out. All his friends assumed Trent had told both of us what was happening, when he hadn't.
Then he says they piked out on him and went to sleep at 10.30 last night. So first thing this morning he told them in no uncertain terms that they were going home.
He came up to see me after showering....wore his glasses, seeing as he had his contacts in all night (another thing his mates hadn't thought about).
I was so glad to see him. Felt a lot better knowing where he was and that he was safe. If I'd had some idea where he was yesterday I wouldn't have been so upset.
Need to pack my things this week, seeing as we move in on Friday. And I see the florist for the final time tomorrow.
