"All your black legends gain bands with other legends."
A brief rundown of the card:
Hey, it costs nothing and can't be counterd! Banding is a really good thing, even if its only for black legends. I bet you won't see "bands with other" cards ever printed again--they are an anomoly of the game. Pray your opponent doesn't break out the Shelkin Brownies and go to town with your banding nasties deck including the following:
- Lord of Tresserhorn
The mighty Lord of Tresserhorn is first in line to go hang out at the Unholy Citadel. Why? He's the only black legend that can regenerate. Any regenerating/banding combo can be a real pain for your opponenent.
- Vhati il-Dal
This strange legend can turn any creature's power or toughness into 1 for a turn. A sure-fire winner to band with other legends. I can see Vhati il Dal chillin in the hood with Tor Wauki.
- Ramirez DePietro/Ur-Drago
I like banding and regeneration a little more than banding and first strike, but the latter has won me quite a few games too. Both of these black legends have first strike by the way. I've seen this dynamic duo partying it up at all hours of the evening with Lady Orca and Gwendyln Di Corci.
- Halfdane
This is a kinda good combo. Old Halfdane is like an Unstable Shapeshifter out of control. This can be a very good thing when he's best of buddies with Commander Greven il-Vec or Axelrod Gunnerson.
