The Card of the Day is...

Windseeker Centaur

Promotional Rare (I guess a Rare)
1RR Summon Centaur

"Attacking does not cause Windseeker Centaur to tap."

White is the color for not tapping to attack creatures, not red! That makes this peculiar card even more interesting...besides the fact you couldn't get it in any booster pack (One of the few promotional cards you could typically get by purchasing Magic novels.) Not tapping to attack huh? There are lots of things to do with that idea. Here are a few:

Stasis
Stasis forces all players to skip their untap phase. Once you can tap all of an opponent's creatures, play a Windseeker Centaur or other non tapper and go to town as long as you can keep the blasted Stasis around. Serra Angel is a better choice, yet try a Windseeker Centaur for a change or addition to this style of deck to break up the monotony.
Intruder Alarm
Intruder Alarm has some more deadly possibilities than using non tappers with it, but using non tappers is a pretty good idea. While Intruder Alarm is in play, many of yours and your opponent's creatures can remain tapped for long periods of time if you plan for it---most creatures except for your non tappers.
Castle
Normally Castle is only good for defense---only giving it's +0/+2 bonus to creatures that aren't tapped. Seeing as Windseeker Centaur doesn't tap to attack, you'll have a competent medium resuable attacker/medium-heavy blocker for little effort.
Freyalise's Winds
Wheeee! I love Freyalise's Winds. This card brings many games to a screeching halt by only allowing permanents to untap every other turn (basically). Great for use with a Windseeker Centaur and a deck that requires a little bit of time to set up a bigger combo perhaps.
